Stepped on the scale last night after a nice restrictive day and voila: 139. Ugh. I'm finding as I eek into my 30s it is harder to to loose weight. A year ago, I felt like I had 3 lbs that would slide off after a lean day, but now I seem to just rest at 140 no matter what I do. Then again, Tuesday I ate a LOT of bread. Like toast for breakfast, a roll for a snack, and a grilled cheese for dinner. That'll do it.
I really want to go to my office cafeteria for lunch since they have my fav healthy soup and salad combo. But I already brought garliky kale, so I am going to stick with the plan and save some money and calories for the day. My stomach is grumbling, so I'm taking that as a good sign. I SHALL go to the gym tomorrow morning to weigh in. Crossing fingers.
